I haven't been on here in months. I was busy for awhile, then I just honestly forgot about DA ;_;
I swear I haven't been intentionally ignoring you.

Long story short,
I moved to Italy last month I have been loving the sights, sounds, people. I live in a city called Livorno(Leghorn), next to the ocean. I live on the 3rd floor (which is the 4th floor in US standards) of our building. We have a balcony and everything! The sunsets are gorgeous. Couldn't be more lucky.
I'm learning Italian and catching on very quickly. It's quite fun.
Haven't traveled much due to my husband's job. We have been to Pisa-30 mins away-and Firenze(Florence)-about an hour away-, each once.
I will upload pictures after I post this journal entry. Didn't take any in Florence(we plan on going back next time we have a 3 day weekend, so there will indeed be photos taken then). We didn't sight see, we strictly went to shop at the gigantic IKEA to get stuff for our apartment... we literally spent 4 hours in there We spent just over €300 on SO MUCH STUFF. I can't believe the bargains we got!
OH! We also dropped by a fancy McD's, generally I never go to McDonald's but since no place was open and we were so hungry we didn't want to wait, we ate there. They have these AMAZING fries called Miami Fries. I think they are only offered in Italy, I haven't heard of them elsewhere. Mmmmmmmm.
